Our company has made a regular contribution to the energy security of Kyrgyzstan, putting four power transformer SFSZ10 40 MVA production Sanbian Sci-Tech Co to replace existing 25 MVA transformer substations 110 kV, under the management of JSC «NPG of Kyrgyzstan» is the only in the country of the operator, transmitting electricity on high-voltage networks.
The need in increase of transformer capacity arose in connection with the increasing number of consumers, regular congestion and frequent accidents at substations.
For substation «Abdykalykova» 110/35/6(10), located in the southern part of Bishkek, were delivered to two transformer SFSZ10-40000 and one at substation «Novo-South» 110/35/10 and «Aini» 110/10. Transformers are the earthquake of 9 points on the MSK-64 scale and own fire-extinguishing system.
Massive corrugated tank was installed using a mobile crane.
To place the transformer on a regular place, observing the accuracy and parallels plan of the location, installers-group used hydro-pushers that incrementally moved transformer on the rails to the place of dislocation. This method is particularly advantageous when it is important to ensure the security lines under stress during installation.
The transformer is installed and fully assembled.
Control supervision was carried out by specialists of our company, directly with the participation of the representative of the factory «Sanbian Sci-Tech»
Upon completion of the work, the local TV station interviews with the head of the supervision group.
