For modernization switchgear 110 kV Kurpsyaskya HPP administered by JSC "Electric stations", our company has been delivered and installed 3 units of electrical equipment, which represents the gas-insulated circuit breaker WGT-110.III-40/2000 NF1* and 3 current transformers of TOGF-110 kV on one of the supporting steelwork.

Such blocks are not standard and were custom-made "Velikie Luki plant electrical equipment" (CJSC "ZETO"). This layout switching and measuring equipment helped to reduce the area of the switchyard, which is very important, because HPP is located in a narrow mountain gorge, as well as to reduce the volume of construction works at the substation and to accelerate the installation.

Kurpsyaskya HPP — is the second largest in Kyrgyzstan. For many years she has worked flawlessly. Now, however, its share of 22.2 percent of all accidents. This is due to the depreciation of equipment, so upgrading Kurpsyaskya HPP is one of the priorities of not only the management of JSC "Electric stations", but the government of the Republic.
