Our company has finished works on reconstruction of indoor switchgear-110 kV Novo-Sterlitamak TPP replacement of outdated roundabout and linear disconnector RNDZ pneumatically driven interrupters for interrupters RDN with an electromechanical drive, manufactured by CJSC "ZETO".
During the implementation of this project our company was set seventeen bypass suspended disconnectors (RDN-B-1-110II/1000-40NF1, five RDN-B-2-110II/1000-40NF1, two RDN-B-110II/1000-40NF1) and one line (RDN-2-110II/1000-40NF1), dismantled the old equipment and installed new conducted commissioning, received permission to operate.
Works on installation and dismantling was carried out in extremely cramped conditions, at a height of 7 m, and were complicated by the inability to use any of lifting equipment, except tours tower and electric hoists with load capacity of 1 t.
Reconstruction of the indoor switchgear-110 kV required the adjustment of project documentation, performed division "UES-Project".
Replacement of obsolete equipment will allow to prolong a resource of work of thermal power station, increase its reliability and security, while ensuring the production of energy.
Novo-Sterlitamak TPP is a branch of the "Bashkir generating company", which is part of the Group "inter RAO". Since 1977, it supplies heat and electricity to all industrial enterprises of Sterlitamak city.
